FOOD BANK

Through this project we donate food items to widows orphanages and less privileged Africans. We promote small scale businesses that encourage independency and yield income. And Small-scale farming by offering access to land (2years) for farming through rental agreements, along with essential equipment seedlings and training for those who do not currently have farming capabilities.

We also Distribute layers (fowls) for egg production, offering a sustainable source of nutrition and income through egg sale.

Motivation

It’s easy to take for granted the basic daily functions like eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner that have such a critical impact on our ability to function physically and intellectually. The amount, availability, and quality of food all affect children’s health, as well as their brain development. Research indicates that food-insecure children are almost twice as likely to be in fair or poor health when compared to food-secure children, and are significantly more likely to be hospitalized. either due to lack of food or poor feeding. Most times even The most affordable foods are often the most unhealthy. Also a child’s social and emotional health are also at risk when he or she is not adequately nourished. This can lead to behavioral issues that affect not only home life, but school life as well. Research shows that mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and behavioral problems among children (and their mothers) increase as food insecurity increases.

Our Mission

Widows, orphanages. Poor community schools, less privileged families.

These projects align with our commitment to fostering long-term sustainability and self-reliance among the communities we serve. By empowering individuals with the skills and resources needed for agricultural production, we can help break the cycle of poverty and food insecurity.
